Merajut keselarasan melintas kekuasaan
Mendamba senyuman kesemuanya
Kenikmatan meleleh menjadi pilihan
Keterluntaan berubah menjelma teman
Saat upaya terhadang tradisi
Teladan terasa angin yang melaju berlawanan arah
Hati sesekali merintih
Nafas terkadang turut menjerit
Oh…
Ikhlaskah sebuah jawaban
Relakah suatu harapan
Atau kesabaran adalah tuntutan itu
Wahai dzat pemilik segalanya
Tempatku berkeluh kesah
Arah semua rintihan
Tujuan berjuta harapan
Lantunan keresahan hati hanya kepada-Mu
Ya Rahman… Ya Rahim…
Kuatkanlah
(Pramoedya Ananta Toer)

Senyuman, mutiara terlupakan....
Sebuah hari penuh senyuman....
Suasana syhadu....
Potensi pengetar hati dan perekat silaturrahim....
Lukisan nyata keindahan Makhluk.....
Mari....
Mari...
Mari....
Membumikannya....
Jangan...
Jangan...
Jangan...
Meracuninya....

No mind and let them go away
When your dreams which is so beautiful never become true, no mind. When you run after your hope and it has never arrived, no mind.
Whatever happened, I will be your side. Do not be sad, because everything's gonna be OKAY
One of many possibilities, you fall in with no expectations. That time I dedicated my self with the spirit, dream, love and hope.
We try to connect on one by one cause and effect. But, be calm down.
We have a heart’s eye which bring us to happiness. You and I know, there's always the way.
I also know one thing again that problems always come over us as if the waves crashing against the rocks. But I know .. I know you're able to face them calmly. Face them with me till death.
When you expect friendliness of love, then you have never got it, no mind. Listen to my song that all is not over yet.
Join our step. Hold our heart and emotion.
Get the happiness….!!!

George Gershwin
George gershwin was born in New york city in 1898. He became one of America's greatest composers. He is known for his beautiful, exiting concert pieces, as well as for the popular music he wrote for plays and movies.
George was one of the first composers to mix symphonic music with popular music of the day. He came up with a whole new american sound. At the time george was born, america didn't really have a serious classical music style of its own. Most american composers borrowed ideas from great european composers, like beetoven, bach, and chopin.
There was a new kind of popular music, though, that was very American. It was called jazz. Jazz was invented by African-American musicians, who used ideas from lots of different styles of music. They often combined work songs from slave times and religious folk songs (called spirituals) with an exciting beat and rhythm. Two other styles of music that helped make up jazz were ragtime and blues. The musicians made up most of the music as they went along, and played the way they felt at the moment. Because of this, notes were never written down, and pieces never sounded exactly the same way twice.
When George was little, new york city was a pretty rough and tough place to grow up in. Neighborhoods were crowded and there weren't many parks or playgrounds around, so kids had to play in the streets. George enjoyed playing street hockey and stickball. He learned to fight pretty well, too, and he was one of the best roller skaters around.
George didn't seem to have much of an interest in music until one day when he was seven or eight years old. George was roller-skating through a neighborhood in new york called Harlem. Harlem was filled with restaurants and clubs where jazz bands played. George never forgot the exciting, lively beat of the music.
He often roller-skated or hitched rides back to Harlem, just so he could sit outside of restaurants and clubs and listen.
A short time later, George heard some classical violin music. He loved the beautiful sound. The kids in George's neighborhood thought only nerds were interested in music.
George didn't care what anyone thought. After that day, he decide he would learn everything he could about music right away.
George started going to free concerts, where he enjoyed listening to classical music. He even experimented with making up his own songs on a friend's piano.
When George was twelve, a wonderful thing happened. His parents bought a piano. It was really for George's older brother, Ira. Everyone in the family was very surprised when George started playing the piano as soon as he saw it.
George was lucky to find excellent piano teachers when he started taking lessons. By the time he was fifteen, he was good enough to get a job playing the piano at a company that wrote songs and printed sheet music. It was in an area of new york city called tin pan alley. Singers and other show-business people would stop by to listen to new songs for their acts. It was about the only way someone could hear a new song, since there weren't any radios yet, and most people didn't have record players. George got to meet some famous people, like Fred Astaire and his sister, Adele. Sometimes George played his own songs for them.
George's songs were so lively and fun to listen to that it wasn't long before one of them became a big hit. It was called "swanee." a famous singer of the day, Al Jolson, heard George play "Swanee" at a party and decided to sing it in his Broadway show. From then on, George found it easier to get job writing his own music, instead of just playing the music of other composers.
George sometimes asked his brother, Ira, to write words for his songs. Even though George and Ira were very different types of people, hardly anyone worked better together when it came to making music. George and Ira both enjoyed painting, too. Next to writing music, painting was George's favorite thing to do.

There Is No eternal Sorrow
There are no eternal sorrow in this world
There is no quiet gripped you forever
The night will end, the day will change
Fate of life will be lived
Tears and laughter are the songs that accompany life
A heart which missed the love on your way
But I believe to the heart which believing
All will be beautiful in the end
I wish I could repeat
Time lost and wasted
If can fix everything that happened
But time did not stop
But the second did not return
Please forgive this your servant
Left turn for the moon and sun
Flowers that bloom will wither and die
The night will end, the day will change
Fate of life will be lived
I wish I could repeat
Time lost and wasted
If can fix everything that happened
But time did not stop
But the second did not return
Please forgive this your servant

TIADA DUKA YANG ABADI
Tiada duka yang abadi didunia
Tiada sepi merantaimu selamanya
Malam ‘kan berakhir, hari ‘kan berganti
Takdir hidup ‘kan dijalani
Tangis dan tawa nyanyian yang mengiring
Hati yang rindukan cinta dijalan-Mu
Namun ku percaya hati meyakini
Semua akan indah pada akhirnya
Andai bisa ku mengulang
Waktu hilang dan terbuang
Andai bisa perbaiki segala yang terjadi
Tapi waktu tak berhenti
Tapi detik tak kembali
Harap ampunkan hamba-Mu ini
Waktu berputar rebulan dan matahari
Bunga yang mekar akan layu akan mati
Malam ‘kan berakhir, hari ‘kan berganti
Takdir hidup ‘kan dijalani
Andai bisa ku mengulang
Waktu hilang dan terbuang
Andai bisa perbaiki segala yang terjadi
Tapi waktu tak berhenti
Tapi detik tak kembali
Harap ampunkan hamba-Mu ini

So, what for?
We live not to wept a failure...

But, why did we find many difficulties?
We just give some choice to choose...
We choose the best methods and strive to get everyone smiling...

Just express it (Ekspresikanlah)
Hey guys, just listen to me
Express and embrace your dream
Set determination to achieve the dream
As fresh as the moment when some hot coffee that accompany you to color a morning
An evening sun is still shining on the western horizon
Let’s arrange a plan for tomorrow and fly away
Come on, don’t let a doubt prevent you
Add a little milk to make a new coffee flavor
Hey guys!
Be like you want (Just free your mind and keep it real)
Hey guys!
Express yourselves as you want (Just free your mind and keep it real)
It’s just about a step that you will decide it
The way that you will choose to reach the goals
What for do we have the feet but we don’t walk
What for do we have the eyes but we don’t look at the future
It’s nothing we have a dream, but we don’t take an action
A chance is useless if we don’t take it
I don’t care what people think about
Set determination, and get freedom
Hey guys!
Be like you want (Just free your mind and keep it real)
Hey guys!
Express yourselves as you want (Just free your mind and keep it real)
Free your mind and keep it real.. Just express your self!!

Hey kawan, hey teman semua yang mendengarkan
Ungkapkan rasa cita dalam pelukan
Bulatkan tekad untuk raih mimpi bertepi
Sesegar kopi hangat temani warnai pagi
Mentari senja tetap bersinar di ufuk barat
Mari susun rencana ke depan kita melesat
Cepat! Jangan terhambat oleh rasa ragu
Tambahkan sdikit susu tuk aroma kopi yang baru
Hey kau!
Jadikanlah dirimu seperti yang kau mau (Just free ur mind and keep it real)..
Hey kau!
Xpresikanlah dirimu seperti yang kau mau (Just free ur mind and keep it real)..
Ini tentang langkah yang kau tentukan
Cara yang kau pakai tuk mencapai sebuah tujuan
Apa artinya kaki bila kau tak berjalan
Apa guna mata bila tak menatap masa depan
Untuk apa bermimpi, bila kau tak melangkah
Untuk apa kesempatan bila tak ambil celah
Persetan aku, dia, juga mereka
Bulatkan tekad, lalu. Rasakan lah merdeka!!

Don’t give up (Jangan menyerah)
There is none is born perfectly
Don’t regret everything that has happened
We must be ever got an ordeal
Until this life as if it means nothing
Thank for whatever you get
Life is a gift from the God
Do the best for this life
There is none is born perfectly
Don’t regret everything that has happened
The God must show his gracious and merciful for servants who patiently and never despair

Try (Mencoba)
One who refuse to try is the same as who have tried and failed to execute.
If there is a golden chance that comes over us, accept it, do something, and try it.
Because the chance to try is much better than no chance, so, do something.
Do something, because sometimes success is in the corner next to the bend more after one or one more step forward as we tried to take.
Many people ignore the possibility of successful is only because there is the possibility of failure.
A wrong logic, but it’s surprisingly that many people who prevent themselves from getting the chance of success because they are more interested in the possibility of failure.
Therefore whatever the success possibilities of a project, do it, try to do something is much better than the failed and did not get anything because they just doing nothing and don’t approach the process of works.
Once again, the people who did not try is the same as the people who have tried and failed.

Once again, the people who did not try is the same as the people who have tried and failed.

A Big Plan
Don’t arrange small plans, but arrange the big one.
The small plans will be easy to reach, and it can be imagined long time before we even start them.
That’s why the small plans won’t make us excited.
It’s surely your small plans won’t attract other people to ask you to be their leader.
Therefore, plan to reach great things.
Look up, those who look up will see the road to the top.
When your eyes are dazzled and your hearts are underestimated by the brilliance of the winners who had reached great achievements, while you are looking up there.
You can make that underestimated feeling as coercive power to focus and use all of your power to achieve a class winner in your career choices and business.
Don’t arrange small plans.
Don’t waste the beauty of your creation on small goals.
Arrange big plans.
Adjust your winner potential with the potential of your work, from the path you choose toward your success as a conductor.
Be excited with your possibilities.
Imagine the success that will excite your soul, and immediately do hard work to make them come true.
That’s why don’t arrange small plans, but arrange the big one.

Decide Our Action
Decide the choice of a good action without it has to depend on how our mood are like.
We are often being confused in condition that our mood don’t support our will to reach the productivity of works.
Most of people know what they have to do but they can’t manage their mood, so that they are doing nothing.
Sometimes we can’t choose the mood that we want, but we can decide the type of action that we will take even though our mood don’t support us.
There is no one who can make another to be amazed except one those can do a good thing for other people while they are in pain.
The people are those who can prove that they are still able to do a good thing both for themselves and others when they are even in a bad mood.
Decide the choice of a good action without it has to depend on how our mood are like.

Siapkan garasi untuk pesawat kita (Prepare a garage for our own plane).
Pernahkah kita merasa tuhan tidak menjawab do'a kita?
Ketika kita meminta sesuatu kepada tuhan namun tiada kunjung mendapatkannya, akhirnya menganggap bahwa do'a kita sia-sia.
Maka, mari menyiapkan garasi sebelum pesawat kita datang.
The english translation
Have we felt the God doesn't answer our prayers?
When we asked for something to god but no go get it, finally assume that our supplications vain.
Granted a request depends on how far we are prepared to accept that grace.
An example of when we asked for a plane to the god, then what are all of a sudden we get it. Surely not the answer. Even if a sudden fall from the top, it even bother us. Then what?
God told us to prepare before giving the plane. Ranging from plane usage information, maintenance, and a place to store it.
The illustration above reflects that the initiative is part of the prayer, and also the readiness of our practice before you actually have what we want.
So, let's prepare the garage before our plane arrived.

Kemenangan Akhir (A victory in the end)
Kemenangan Akhir
The english translation :
Victory at the end of a game is the goal of all participants of the competition. We need a good beginning, however, it’s wrong when you feel you have already won. Because that winner is the person who collected the highest score at the end of the game though had stumbled in the beginning.
It’s interesting to look at a concept that characterizes the victory (success) people at the end of the game (of life) who delivered the Prophet Muhammad.
In the hadith it is shown that there are four indicators in order TO AVOID awake a chance to win (the happiness in the end).
1.Do not remember the kindness that you have been done.
People who always remember and be proud of the achievement (the goodness) that has been achieved would weaken the spirit and creative power. Having considered himself successful. Despite the fact that it is not really a real success.
2. Do not forget the sins you have ever done.
Attitudes like this will lead to carelessness in the steps to be taken. Due to forget the mistakes he had made.
3. Do not see a higher return on assets.
For people who have been established, it tends to persist in the "comfort zone" and diminish his militant spirit. Thus underestimate the opportunities which it deems scattered small and insignificant.
4. Do not look lower on the science.
Because the focus of something big, he pays little attention to the little things that actually make it big potential if managed properly.

Menghargai dan Menikmati Proses
Apakah anda punya impian? Tentu. Memiliki cita-cita? Pasti.
Emang!
Lho, kok emang?
Mau gimana lagi, emang seperti itu sifatnya impian.
Lalu? Percuma dong punya mimpi kalau gitu?
Bentar, tarik nafas dulu, dan dengarkan saya baik-baik. Hehe
Coba banyangkan kalau mengejar cita-cita itu seperti kita ngasih makan ayam, gak asik kan? Apalagi ayamnya lagi kelaparan, kayaknya hampir nggak ada kesulitan. Balita tetanggaku aja bisa kalau cuma gitu. Haha!
Learning from experience!
Sepakat???

The questions in life
The problems which arise in our life is like a question that should be answered.
Actually, the answers which are needed aren’t about true or false only such as multiple choices when doing an examination. But, it’s like an interview or thesis tests. We have to be confident and responsible for what are given.
The conviction and responsibility have to be evidenced by finishing and implementation actions obviously.

A Lesson From The Market
The simply definition of market is a regular gathering of people for the purchase and sale of provisions, livestock, and other commodities, or and area in which commercial dealings are conducted.
When we come to that place, there are so many people who offer and provide the choice for us. It will make nuance of competition lively more.
When we come to that place, there are so many people who offer and provide the choice for us. It will make nuance of competition lively more.
We couldn’t hope to get a good place there if we neglect the principle of its competition. Being productive, creative, and innovative are the absolute requirements to exist. Unless you have two choices only, become onlooker or go home instead.
Sometimes the market feels so cruel. It isn’t easy to fool the consumers, your competitors become more attractive day by day, and of course you can’t claim that the God is unfair if you lost the game further.
Actually we need the God’s miracles and we should work harder to pick his gifts up. Because we are the only person who can be relied to do the best.
Therefore, it’s going to be useless if we just cry for the failures which it’s just about the irrelevance between the first expectation and the reality. But, it means we are given another chance to learn and practice more to conquer the market.

Tanaman Cita-cita
